Laverna Grace "Bobbie Dean" Henry, age 92, of Elkins, passed away Saturday, June 18, 2022, in Fayetteville. She was born December 11, 1929, in McCurtain, Oklahoma, to George Davis and Linda Gill Goodwin. Bobbie was a cook in the Food Service Industry. She was a member of Brannon Mountain Community Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Lloyd Ray Henry; her son, Donald Wayne Henry; her sisters, Suzzie Mahall and Barbara Gean Davis; and her brothers, Buddy Ray Davis, James Edward Davis and Dennis Davis. She is survived by her daughter, Helen Maddox of Elkins; a brother, Roger Davis of Hazel Valley; four grandchildren, Clint Brown (Denise), Kim Henry Alsafar (Camile), Rick Henry (Luci), Mary Celeste Jenkins (J.R.); her sisters, Betty Jean McCraw, Wanda Self, Vonda Davis Sue Ellen Burger, Anne Lee Henry, Patricia Mahall; her brothers, Raymond Goodwin, Ron Goodwin, George Davis; six great-grandchildren and five great-great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Visitation service will be 5–7 p.m., Thursday, June 23, 2022, at Moore's Chapel. Funeral service will be 10 a.m., Friday, at Moore's Chapel with burial to follow in Brannon Mountain Cemetery.
