Othelia Ann LeVan

Othelia Ann LeVan, 80, of Springdale, passed away January 4, at Northwest Medical Center, Springdale. She is survived by her husband, John, and eight children. A private memorial service will be held at a later date. Services are entrusted to Brashears Funeral Home and Crematory of Huntsville.
