Charles David Wagoner

Charles David Wagoner, age 60, of Rogers, Ark., died December 29, 2021, at Hillcrest Hospital South in Tulsa, Okla. A memorial service will be held January 13, 2022, at Chapel on the Creeks in Rogers, Ark., at 12 p.m. Born October 12, 1961, David grew up in the Tulsa area and graduated High School at Nathan Hale High School. After high school David moved to Northwest Arkansas where he would start his own business in the construction industry and start his family. David is survived by his sister, Barbara Wagoner Brown, brother, Skip Wagoner, three children: Rachel, Jared, and Zachary Wagoner, his three grandchildren, and beloved dog Lily.
