Walter Wayne White, age 42, of Fayetteville, Ark.,, passed from this life Monday, February 21, 2022. He was born April 20, 1979, in Dallas, Texas. Walter was a graduate of the University of Arkansas, and worked for the Social Security Administration. Avid outdoorsman, Walter loved camping, fishing, floating, and just being on the river with his wife and their two dogs, Finn and Ellie. He could always be found showing his pride and unwavering support for the Arkansas Razorbacks, especially the baseball team. Walter couldn't of been more proud of becoming Peepaw to four beautiful grandchildren. Walter left a memorable impression to anyone lucky enough to have met him. He would often say "Don't sweat the small stuff." "Hakuna Matata". From his infectious positivity and quirky humor to his Hawaiian shirts and Birkenstocks, Walter was always a character to be seen and loved. Survivors are his wife and best friend, Ashley White; his children, Blake Williams (Alissa), Kynleigh Phillips (Jordan), Hannah White, Parker White; his parents, Wayne White, and Jo Lou White; his grandchildren, Ava Phillips, Wyatt Phillips, Lucy Williams, Bennett Wayne Williams; a brother Jeff White; brothers-in-law, Larry, Bryan, and Kevin Clinkscales. Visitation is from 10-11 a.m. Saturday, February 26, at Nelson Berna Funeral Home in Fayetteville. A celebration of life service follows at 11 a.m. at Nelson Berna. The family requests that you wear a white Razorback shirt to the visitation and service, in keeping with the theme for the day, they are wearing red. Pallbearers will be Kevin Clinkscales, Blake Williams, Jeff White, Joe Jester, Jon Michael Davis, Adam Hopkins, Gabe Horn, and Fred Beasley.
