Darlene Dolores Rota

Darlene Dolores Rota, 71, of Winslow, passed away Saturday, February 12, 2022, in Fayetteville. She was born December 21, 1950, in Camden, N.J., to Frank and Caroline Reed. She was preceded in death by her parents; a brother, Frank Reed, Jr.; and a sister, Caroline Rough. Darlene was a retired technician with the VA Hospital in Fayetteville. She was a member of Our Lady of the Ozarks. She is survived by her husband, Tony Rota, of the home, to whom she was married 52 years; two sons, Bo Rota (Alcia Roberts) of Winslow and John Rota (Heather Rota) of Elkins; three daughters, Toni Rota (Bryan Michael) of Winslow, Debbie McQuiston (Ryan Ellis) of Ft. Smith, and Mary Rota (Eli Johnson) of Newton County; 12 grandchildren, Aaron Jude Rota, Ethan Sway McQuiston, Roman Jayce McQuiston, Shane Oliver McQuiston, John J.J. Rota, Lai Layah Rota, Gavin Rota, Keith Moody, Chace Vaughan, Carl Rota, Sagen Fireflower Johnson, and Juliana Roberts; one great-grandchild, Tony Rota; and several nieces and nephews. There will be a visitation at 9 a.m. Saturday, February 26, 2022, at Our Lady of the Ozarks in Winslow.
