Lawrence Wilburn Taylor

Lawrence Wilburn Taylor, age 73, of Elkins, passed away Tuesday May 18, 2021, in Elkins. He was born October 18, 1947, in Madison County, the son of Elton George and Elsie Lorene Shackelford Taylor. He was preceded in death by his parents; two brothers, Ellis and Alvin Taylor. He is survived by his two sons, Tim Taylor and his wife, Amy, and Travis Taylor and his wife, Sarah; three sisters, Janice Taylor Kelly, Mary Taylor Williams, and Cathy Taylor-Varner; seven grandchildren; and one great-grandchild. Funeral Service will be held 2 p.m. Friday May 21, 2021, at the Brannon Mountain Community Church with burial to follow at Brannon Mountain Cemetery under the direction of Moore's Chapel.
