James B Remmel

James B. Remmel, 75, of Fayetteville, Ark., passed away Friday, June 25, 2021, surrounded by family. He was born on March 1, 1946, in Little Rock, Ark., to the late Harmon L. and Sheila B. Remmel. James graduated from the University of Arkansas and spent his career as a mechanical engineer and salesman. He was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed long-range shooting, fly-fishing, and traveling in his RV. Many will remember his gentle demeanor, pragmatism, and sense of humor. There was never a question he couldn't answer. Along with his parents, he is preceded in death by his brother, Harmon L. Remmel III. Here to carry on his memory are his sons, JB (Erin) and Chris Remmel. Visitation will take place at James' home on Tuesday, July 6, 2-5 p.m., with graveside service at 5:30 p.m., at Son's Chapel Cemetery. Please contact JB Remmel at 502-640-7512 for further details.
