Julie Lynn Davis, 63, died Thursday, September 3, 2020, at her home in Springdale. She was born April 6, 1957, in Little Falls, Minn., to Richard Elzig and Marilyn Allard. She is survived by her mother and two sons, Andrew and Christopher Quirk, both of Iowa. No services planned. Arrangements with Heritage Funeral Home.
