Nila Moutray

Nila Moutray passed away Wednesday October 14, 2020, at age 83. She was born August 5, 1937, in Big Stone Gap, Va. She was a retired teacher from Wichita, Kan. She had a Specialist Degree in Education. She also loved playing Bridge. Nila had two children, Lori Landes of Wichita, Kan., and her son, Dickey Doggett, preceded her in her death. Also preceding her death were two brothers, Gene and Sonny, and two sisters, Margaret & Phyllis, all born and raised from Big Stone Gap, Va. Nila is survived by husband, Bill Moutray of Bella Vista, Ark. No services are planned at this time. Arrangements are by Bella Vista Funeral Home and Crematory.
