Barbara Juanita Miller

Barbara Juanita Miller, 79, of Rogers passed away October 11, 2020. She was born in St. Louis, Mo., to the late Kenneth and Violet Schultz Largent and was also preceded by a daughter, Ashley Prueter. Barbara will be remembered as being excellent at playing cards, bowling, cooking, planning and organizing parties. Barbara was a long-time member of Peace Lutheran Church of Rogers and served as the secretary of her financial investment club. She loved to shop and cheer her Chicago Bears. Survivors include her loving husband of more than 61 years, E.J. Miller; daughters, Karen DeWeese of Chicago, Laurie Raffel (Dave) of Rogers, Robin Howard (Mark) of Kentucky; a son, Glen Miller; a sister, LaVerne Largent of Missouri; seven grandchildren, Shannon Hammon, Sheri and Shellie Ferguson, Brittany and Robert Prueter, Brad DeWeese Jr. and Michael Miller; a great-grandson, Jim Ferguson; numerous extended family members and dear friends. Visitation will be from 4-6 p.m., Thursday, October 15, and her Funeral Service will begin at 10 a.m., Friday, October 16, all in the Chapel of Rollins Funeral Home in Rogers.
