Valerie Denise Rhine-Turner

Valerie Densie Rhine-Turner of Springdale, Ark., passed away on November 4, 2020. She was born in Springdale on October 8, 1962. Preceded in death by parents, James Willie and Virginia Mae Rhine, and son, Micheal Wayne Radson. She is survived by her spouse, Mitchell Tuner, and three sons, Erik Turner, Kevin Turner, and Nathan Turner. She is also survived by her five siblings, Danny C. Rhine, James Glenn Rhine, Mike T. Rhine, and two half-brothers, David K. Rhine and James Raymond Rhine, and numerous nieces and nephews and grandkids. She enjoyed karaoke, fishing and loved taking care of children.
