Sonja F. Balch 74, of Winslow died Wednesday May 27, 2020 in Springdale. She was born December 26, 1945 in Lawton, Okla., to Aubrey Neal Stinnett and Alene Virginia Jenkins. Survivors: Tim Balch; Michael Balch, Matthew Balch; Denise Robles, Cindy Seaman; John Stinnett; Teddy Gardner; as well as nine grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
