Thomas Ayres

Thomas Leonard Ayres, 55, of Rogers; died March 17, 2020, at Springdale. He was born July 6, 1964, at Rogers; to Leonard and Katherine Sutton Ayres. Thomas married Joyce Mason on February 23, 2013 at Eureka Springs; and together they were parents to three children. He loved his wife, children, and grandchildren dearly. Thomas was giving, kind, selfless, and loved to help others. In his spare time he enjoyed fishing. Thomas was predeceased by his parents. He is survived by his wife, Joyce of the home; two sons and one daughter-in-law, Wayne and Kelleigh Broyles-Reiner of Rogers; and Cody Ayres of Springfield, Missouri; one daughter and son-in-law, Katie and Mark Sasser of Elkins; four grandchildren, Mason Sasser, Laken Sasser, Brynn Sasser, and Ava Broyles-Reiner; two sisters and brothers-in-law, Nancy and Bob Schaefer of Marionville, Missouri; and Martha and Jim Schurke of Springfield, Missouri; and one brother and sister-in-law, Larry and Beth Ayres of Rolla, Missouri. The family will receive friends 5-7 p.m., Friday, March 20, 2020, at Brashears Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be 10 a.m., Saturday, March 21, 2020, at Brashears Funeral Home with Bill Burchit officiating. Pallbearers will be Stephen Ducker, James Goolsby, Kent Myers, Jim Logsdon, Mark Sasser, and Wayne Broyles-Reiner. Honorary pallbearers are Bob Mason, Bill Mason, Cody Ayres. Laken Sasser, Mason Sasser, Brynn Sasser, and Ava Broyles-Reiner. Interment will immediately follow services at Wesley Cemetery. Services are entrusted to Brashears Funeral Home and Crematory of Huntsville.
