Gloria "Dolly" Ballard

Gloria N. "Dolly" Ballard, 80, of Rogers passed away March 18, 2020. She was born September 12, 1939 in Council Bluff, Iowa the daughter of Ernest and Erma Lehman. Dolly worked for Tyson's, and formerly worked in home healthcare. Dolly joined the Carnival at a young age and rode for Royal American Shows from 1956 to 1962 and Art B. Thomas Shows where she was a daredevil motorcycle rider and rode the wall of death for many years. She also was one of the first member of the American Motorcycle Association. She is survived by many friends. Graveside services 11 a.m. Saturday: March 21, 2020 at the Rogers Cemetery. Arrangements by Benton County Funeral Home, 306 N. 4th, Rogers.
