Jerry Harp, maiden name Phyliss Geraldine Hagler died peacefully in Rogers, Arkansas on March 13, 2020 at the age of 89. Jerry is survived by her sister, Lois (Jackie) Coughlin, husband, Harold H. Harp of Rogers, Ark., son, Bill Harp and wife Susan Harp of the Republic of Panama and their children Liana Harp and Tereza Harp, daughter, Jacquelyn Harp and husband Rod Walker of Berthoud, Colorado and Jacquelyn's daughter, Rachael Harp and her child Wilde, and Jacquelyn's son, Ben Terry, daughter, Laurie Harp Moreland and husband Brett Moreland of Boulder, Colorado and their children, Zeke Moreland and Eli Moreland, son, Jess D. Harp and wife, Lynn Dunning Harp of Bentonville, Arkansas and their children Samantha Harp, Jess N. Harp and Cheryl Harp, daughter Rebecca Harp of Thornton, Colorado and her daughter Morgen Croft, daughter Mary Harp Cohen and husband Dave Cohen of Thornton, Colorado and their children Sarah Cohen, Bekah Cohen and Jake Cohen. She is preceded in death by her parents, sisters Shirley, Beverly, Lula and brothers Roy and William. Jerry was born on March 31st 1930 in Madison, South Dakota to Ellsworth Marion Hagler and Vera Peterson Hagler. She grew up in Heron, Montana and Clark Fork, Idaho. She married her husband Harold in 1951 and seven years later moved to the Panama Canal Zone where her husband Harold worked for the Panama Canal Company. They retired to Northwest Arkansas in 1983. Jerry was a humble and very loving wife and mother. She was loved by everyone she met and lived her life always putting others first. She was always active with her church and made so many lasting friendships among her church family. She will be deeply missed by her family and friends. A Celebration of Life is scheduled for 11 a.m. Saturday, March 21st 2020 at Grace Baptist Church 2409 West New Hope Road Rogers, Ark. Pastor Randy Parks and Pastor Ryan McMillan will officiate the Celebration. All are welcome to attend and celebrate Jerry's life. In lieu of flowers the family has asked that contributions be made to the Grace Baptist Church Building Fund.
