Larry Allen Young

Larry Allen Young 77 of Bella Vista passed away March 2, 2020. He was born February 14, 1943 in Memphis, Tennessee the son of Neely Fort and Beatrice Taylor Young. Larry started out in construction but worked for years at Shelby Lime and Cement as the manager and then retired to Bella Vista to spend his retirement enjoying his two passions-family and golf. He was a member of the Methodist Church and served in the United States Marines. Survived by his wife Janna Ray Young, his children Stacy Young, Patrick Copes, and Teresa Tucker and husband Neil Tucker, daughter in laws Nancy Copes and Amy Young. His grandchildren include Amanda Sizemore, Caitlyn Wood, Lindsey Copes, Brandon Tucker, Maddie Tucker, Tori Young, Patrick Copes Jr., and Sawyer Copes. His great-grandchildren include Noah Copes, Korrine Tucker, Tegan Tucker, Jude Wood, and Eliza Wood. Memorial Services will be held 2 p.m. Sunday, March 15, 2020 at the Highlands United Methodist Church in Bella Vista.
