Jeannie June Michaud

Jeannie June Michaud, age 94, of Hiwasse, Arkansas passed away June 14, 2020 at Circle of Life – Legacy Village. She was born June 8, 1926 to Edward and Margaret Peterson. Jeannie was born and raised in Rib Lake, Wisconsin. She moved to Oahu, Hawaii during the war, residing there for 40 years. She was a model and a professional ice skater for the Ice Follies which became the Ice Capades. She owned and operated the Glass Shack in Hawaii. In 1984, she moved to Bella Vista where she lived for 20 years. Preceded in death by her parents and husband, Gene Michaud. She is survived by her son, Rodney Mimm and cousins, Malinda (Larry) Tucker, Debbie Polacek and Gary Nelson. A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m., Monday June 22nd at Bella Vista Funeral Home Chapel in Bella Vista. Face coverings are required. Condolences may be expressed at www.funeralmation.com.
