Amy Elizabeth Tatom, age 52, of Rogers, Arkansas died July 2, 2020, after a long battle with Life. Amy was born to Barbara and Kent Tatom, in Clinton Sherman Air Force Base, Oklahoma, on August 14, 1967. As the daughter of an Air Force pilot, Amy had the exceptional opportunity to travel internationally, as well as reside in multiple states and countries. Amy taught herself to read music as a child and was a talented pianist and singer. She was a voracious reader and inspirational writer. Amy completed extensive academic studies in the fields of psychology and sociology, and worked in related areas until no longer able. She remained a lifetime learner, with a quick wit. Amy is preceded in death by her son, Benjamin. She is survived by her devoted partner, Glen Childress of Arkansas. Amy was most proud of her three daughters, Jenni Beeman of Arkansas, Hannah Tatom of Georgia, and Rebekah Maggi of Florida. She has one grandson, Silas. Amy is survived by her mother, Barbara Beeman of Arkansas and her father, Col. Kent Tatom of Florida. Amy admired her older brother, Blake Tatom of California, and loved his wife Diane and their children Trent, Ella, and Zane. She was a lover of Jesus, southern food, a good book, Coca-Cola, and music. She had a heart for people, especially the hurting. Her family finds peace knowing she is at peace, dancing with the Lord. A private memorial service will be held in Northwest Arkansas at a later date. In lieu of flowers, the family humbly requests that the reader forgive someone in their life. Go in Grace.
