Rosie Lee Clark

Rosie Lee Clark, 95, of Fayetteville, passed away Wednesday, January 15, 2020 in Fayetteville. She was born October 21, 1924 in Fayetteville to Silas Greene and Mary Susan Harrison Gabbard. She was preceded in death by her husband, Arlie Clark and a daughter, Arlenne Rice. Rosie handled housekeeping at the Mt. Sequoyah Methodist Assembly Retreat and was a housekeeper to many professional families in N.W. Arkansas. She enjoyed quilting, working in her flower garden and taking care of her family. Rosie is survived by a son, Michael Clark and wife, Sheri of Clarksville; three daughters, Carolyn Fox and husband, Lyndle of West Fork, Kathy Lewis and husband, Dempsey of Durham and Georgia Cook and husband, Bruce of Fayetteville; 11 grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Saturday, January 18, 2020 at Beard's Chapel with Pastor David Mashburn officiating. Interment will follow in Mt. Olive Cemetery under the direction of Beard's Chapel.
