Patricia A Carter

Patricia A. Carter, 82, passed away on January 13, 2020. She was born on August 4, 1937 in Enid, Oklahoma to the late Edward M. and Mildred (McAllister) Ross. She loved cooking and doing crafts but especially spending time with family. She was preceded in death by husband, Garrie who passed in 2016. Patricia is survived by her daughter, Melissa Cotton (Derrick) of Bentonville; son, Steven Carter of Bentonville; brother, Richard Ross of Louisiana; sister, Barbara Adams of California; six grandchildren, Josh (Michael), Brad (Nicole), Jennifer, Sara, Daniel, and Robert; and 11 great-grandchildren.
