Betty Rose Gabbard Duncan

Betty Rose Gabbard Duncan, age 79, of Delaney, passed away Tuesday, December 31, 2019 at Willard Walker Hospice Home in Fayetteville, Ark., surrounded by her family. She was born November 4, 1940 in Delaney, Ark. She is preceded in death by her parents, Lester and Gladys Gabbard and her granddaughter Erin Elizabeth Duncan. Betty is survived by her husband of 65 years, Gerald L. Duncan of the home, Gerald W. and wife Paulette Duncan of Bella Vista, Ark., Tamara Greene of Fayetteville, Ark., and Tommy and wife Kim Duncan of Delaney, Ark. Five grandchildren, Dustin and wife Erin Duncan of Tulsa, Okla., Cody and wife Kayce Duncan of Omaha, Texas, Connor Greene of Denver, Colo., Berkley Greene of Fayetteville Ark., Caden Duncan of Delaney, Ark., and five great-grandchildren. Two sisters, Dorothy Kilgore and Carolyn Kilgore of Fayetteville, Ark., and brother Bud Gabbard of Delaney, Ark. Betty was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother. A devout Christian and member of Crystal Hills Fellowship Church in Elkins, Ark. Her greatest joy in life was to serve her Lord and Savior and nurture her family. Her beautiful life will forever be cherished in the lives of her family. Visitation will be held 5-7 p.m., Friday January 3, 2020 at Moore's Chapel. Funeral Service will be held 10 a.m., Saturday at Crystal Hills Family Fellowship Church in Elkins with interment to follow at Walnut Grove Cemetery in Crosses, Ark.
