Vivian Louise Brock, February 23, 1928 - October 28, 2020 Born youngest of four daughters to Charles and Sallie Mae (Rainwater) Hickman in Tulsa, Okla., she passed away peacefully on October 28, in Springdale, Ark. at 92. She was preceded in death by her birth family; husband and father of her three children Carl Wiggins; second husband Lewis Brock; youngest son Ron Wiggins. She is survived by oldest son Steve Wiggins; daughter Kaye Bell and husband Bob Andrist; daughter in love Libby Wiggins; beloved only granddaughter Alyson Reaves and husband Pat; great-granddaughters Vivian, Ronabel and Claudiann Reaves.
