Billy Clark, Sr.

Billy Ray Clark, Sr. , 80, of Garfield, Ark., died December 6, 2020 at his home. He was born August 14, 1940, in Avoca, Ark., to Ray Harold Clark and Irene May Hayes Clark. He served in the U.S. Army and retired form the Pea Ridge Military Park after thirty years. He enjoyed woodworking, fishing and being with his family. Billy was the caretaker for Liberty Cemetery in Garfield and is preceded in death by his parents; his first wife, Kathy Clark, in 2011; his step-father, Wilmer Lynch; and a brother, Bobby Clark. Survivors are his wife, Carol Mae Clark of Harrison, Ark.; children, Billy Clark, Jr (Carla) of Garfield, Stephen Clark of Claremore, Okla., Christy Still of Harrison, Ark.; a step-daughter, Kathy Gould of Harrison, Ark.; seventeen grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren.
