Rosa Marie Wise

Rosa Marie Wise, 82, of Rogers, passed away August 25, 2020 in Rogers. She was born May 14, 1938, in Rogers, the daughter of the late Ralph Lee and Lydia Kennedy Stover. She worked as the Secretary for the Southern Baptist Association for 34 years, and was a member of the Trinity Baptist Church. She was loved by all that knew her. She is preceded in death by her husband James "David" Wise; brothers, Erman Stover, Harold Stover, Michael Joe Stover; and sister, Etta Scott. She is the beloved mother of Deborah Brewer of Rogers, Linda Hurt of Rogers, David James Wise of Bella Vista, and Sherri Wise of New Smyrna Beach, Fla. She is also survived by siblings Jewell Linda Jones of Rogers, Steve Stover of Milton, Fla.; 5 grandchildren, Amber Patton, Tim Golladay, Samantha Watson, Alexandra Brewer, Brittany Wise, 4 great-grandchildren, Jaina Watson, Eva Patton, Ancient Gollady, Zynk Golladay, and one on the way. Funeral Service will be 2 p.m. Saturday, August 29, 2020, at the Benton County Funeral Home, 306 N. 4th St. Rogers, Ark. Interment to follow at the Oak Grove Cemetery, Rogers, Ark.
