Dorthy Ann Beeks Jacoby

Dorthy Ann Beeks Jacoby, age 68, a resident of Fayetteville, Arkansas, passed away Sunday, August 9, 2020, at her home. She was born January 12, 1952, at the City Hospital in Fayetteville, Arkansas, the daughter of Marvin Alwilty and Bonnie (Cox) Beeks. Dorthy retired in 2018 as a registered nurse in west Texas. She loved to fish, play card games, woodworking and yardwork. She was preceded in death by her father, Marvin Beeks; her husband, Walter Jacoby; and one sister-in-law Inice Beeks. Survivors include her mother, Bonnie Cox Beeks; one sister, Emma Owen, and her husband Burl Owen of Lowell, Arkansas; two brothers, Duane Beeks and his wife, Ruthie, and Preston Beeks and his wife, Nancy, all of Fayetteville, Arkansas; numerous nieces and nephews, honorary family members Linda Gribble and Deanna Chaney and their families, and her beloved dog, Pete.
