Suzanne Elaine NeSmith, 47, went to her eternal home with the Lord on April 15, 2020. Suzi was born February 16, 1973 in Newport Beach, Calif., to Bob and Linda NeSmith. She moved to Springdale from California two years ago and resided with her parents. Suzi graduated from Capistrano High School in Mission Viejo, Calif., in 1990. She worked a variety of jobs in the automotive industry in customer service as an estimator. Suzi loved animals and raised two cockatiels from birth. Most recently she tamed a feral cat that now enjoys a lifetime of luxury. Suzi had a passion for photographing the beautiful sunsets, sunrises and countryside of Northwest Arkansas and its deer population. Suzi was also an avid vintage car enthusiast and frequented every car show in the area. Suzi is survived by her parents Bob and Linda NeSmith of Springdale, brother Andrew and wife Lori NeSmith also of Springdale, aunt Marianne Matthews and husband Bob of Huntington Beach, Calif., and aunt Rosemary Adamek of Glassboro, N.J. and uncle Ric Dunkle and wife Sandy of Winchester, Va. Suzi will be sorely missed by her loving family and many friends scattered all over this beautiful country. The family wants to express its gratitude to all of the staff at Highlands Oncology in Fayetteville as well as the doctors and nurses at Washington Regional Hospital who provided loving care. Due to the Covid-19 restrictions the family will plan a memorial service at a future date. Memorial donations may be made to the Susan G. Koman Ozark Affiliate, P.O. Box 309, Springdale, Ark., 72764 or www.komanozark.org. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of the Sisco Funeral Chapel, www.siscofuneral.com.
