Dennnis Sample

Dennis Sample, 58, of Winslow, Arkansas passed away October 17th, 2018. He was preceded in death by his father, Dean Sample, and his brothers Richie and Ernie Sample. He is survived by his mother, Opal Sample, wife, Bobbi Sample, brother, Jerry Sample, sister, Judy Sample, and his son, R.D. Sample.
