Lolah Marjorie (Mann) Daniel, 67, of Springdale died Thursday, December 13, 2018 at Northwest Medical Center located in Springdale. She was born July 27, 1951 in Jacinto, Arkansas the daughter of Louise Gray and Horace Mann. Lolah was an active member of First Baptist Church of Rogers and taught Cubbies in their AWANA program. Her grandchildren were the light of her life. She enjoyed Razorback sports, lunch with friends, and Bible studies. Lolah was a MS, RD, and LD in Arkansas. She was the Director of Nutrition Services at St. Mary's Hospital/Mercy before retiring after 23 years. She previously was the Assistant Director of Nutrition Services at Washington Regional Medical Center. She was a member of the American Dietetics Association for 44 years and was a voting delegate to the ADA National Convention for many years. She was active in local, state and other national dietetic associations. Lolah was awarded the Young Dietitian of the Year and Arkansas Dietitian of the Year. She served as President of the Arkansas Dietetic Association and served on the Arkansas Dietetic Licensure Board. She was preceded in death by her parents, three brothers; Wylie, Bob, and Charles Parham, and sister, Carolyn Cummings. Lolah is survived by her husband of 47 ½ years, David Daniel, one son; Chris Daniel of Springdale, one daughter; Margo Hale and her husband, Josh, of Prairie Grove, one sister; Mary Beth Mann and her husband, Russell Carney, of Springfield, Missouri, one brother; Edward Parham and his wife, Mary, of Fordyce, Arkansas, six grandchildren; Jackson, Cooper, Ella, and Corie Daniel, and Esther and Clara Hale, numerous nieces and nephews and a host of loving family and friends. Memorials may be sent to First Baptist Church Rogers AWANA program or First Baptist Church Rogers Building Fund. Visitation will be held Monday, December 17th from 6 to 8 pm at the First Baptist Church Rogers Pleasant Grove Campus. A celebration of Lolah's life will be Tuesday, December 18th at 10 am at the First Baptist Church Rogers Pleasant Grove Campus. Arrangements by Epting Funeral Home Fayetteville.
