Jason Lee Holden

Jason Lee Holden, 84, of Fayetteville died Friday, March 4, 2016 in Fayetteville. He was born October 5, 1931 in Woolsey, Ark. to Jasper and Anna Byrum Holden. He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Doris Holden; a sister, Betty Clark Falkenberry; two half-brothers, J.D. and Kenneth Clark; and a half-sister, Viola Jean Chase. Jason was self-employed as a tile setter. He is survived by two sons, Larry Holden of Fayetteville and Steve Holden of Plano, Texas; two brothers, Fred Holden of West Fork and Leon Holden of Austin, Texas; grandchildren, James Holden of Fayetteville, Melisa Holden of Gassville, Ark., and Scott and Dorothy Holden, both of Plano, Texas; and eight great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Thursday March 10, 2016 at Beard's Chapel with Steve Runnels officiating. Interment will follow in the Farmington Cemetery under the direction of Beard's Chapel.
