Doris "Jean" Reichenbach Bell passed away on March 2, 2016. She was born on October 5th, 1920 in Middletown, Kentucky to Lean and Herman Reichenbach. Longtime residents of Pine Bluff, Arkansas, Jean and her deceased husband William D. (Billy) Bell were the owners of the The New Maru and Billy Bell's Mens Store for many years. Jean was a beloved mother, wife and grandmother. She was an avid golfer and teacher of all sports. She received her Master's Degree in Physical Education from Penn State University and was a longstanding member of the First United Methodist Church of Pine Bluff, Arkansas. Jean is survived and will be dearly missed by her daughter; Billie Jean Bell Gunnell of Rogers, Arkasnas; her son; Tom Bell of Searcy, Arkansas and four grandchildren; Corry Hull and wife Sarah of Rogers, Arkansas, Eden, Josh, and Emily Bell of Searcy, Arkansas and two great-granddaughters; Preslee Bell and Sawyer Hull. She is also survived by her sister; Maybelle Reichenbach of Middletown, Kentucky and a brother; William Reichenbach of North Vernon, Indiana and many nieces and nephews. A celebration of her life will be announced by the family at a later date.
