Charles "Albert" Scott 74 of Rogers a true legendary cowboy rode home to be with the Lord, Tuesday, October 13, 2015 at Mercy Hospital in Rogers. He was born May 19, 1941 in Maysville, Arkansas. The son of Clyde Bartley and Alma Mae Burton Scott. Albert loved horses, telling stories, coon hunting and trapping. He was a member of the AQHA, a hardworking cattle rancher, selfless father and loving husband. Albert is truly loved by his family and friends. He is preceded in death by his father, his mother and step father John Meloy, one brother and one sister. He is survived by his wife Kim Knox Scott of the home; children Teresa Riggs and husband George of Rogers, Rhonda Scott of Harrison, Chuck Scott and wife Dana of Welch, Oklahoma, Katie Chambers and husband Heath of Bella Vista, Patti Scott of Catoosa, Oklahoma, Brandon Knox of Washburn, Missouri, Grant Wise of Rogers, Ashley Wise of Bentonville; his brothers Raymond Scott and wife Sue of Maysville, Davey and wife Cindy Thomas; grandchildren, Megan Riggs, Kevin Riggs, Aaron Scott, Amanda Scott and Lorelai Jewel; his cowboy adopted son, Jason Miller of Seligman; many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Graveside service 10 a.m. Saturday, October 17, 2015 at the Pinnacle Memorial Gardens Cemetery, Rogers, Arkansas. Visitation 4 to 7 p.m. Friday at Benton County Funeral Home, 306 N. 4th, Rogers.
