Tommy E. Hall, 90, of Cassville, Missouri, passed away at the home of his daughter in Rogers, Arkansas, with family by his side on April 10, 2015. He was born on May 22, 1924, in Cassville, Missouri, the son of the late Frank and Maude Hall. He was preceded in death by his wife of 63 years, Berna Jean Hall, whom he married on July 4, 1946, and four brothers; Clyde, Lavanis, Bill and Roy. Tommy was a member of the United Methodist Church in Cassville. He grew up in the Oak Ridge Community and he and his wife operated a dairy farm for many years. He also worked at Forest Products. A veteran of the United States Navy he was discharged on November 16, 1945. Among the joys in his life were reading his Bible and riding horses with Berna Jean, his children and grandchildren. He was an avid St. Louis Cardinals fan. Survivors include his daughters of Rogers, Arkansas, Peggy Hart and Linda Brock and husband, Harold; one son, Verdale Hall of Dallas, Texas; grandchildren, Perry Brock and wife, Michelle of Diamond, Missouri, Ryan Brock and wife, Sarah of West Fork, Arkansas, Karen Gillett and husband Gavin of Tillsonburg, Ontario, Canada and Wes Hart and wife, Leannda, of Rogers, Arkansas; seven great-grandchildren, Brittany Easley, Justin Easley, Caitlin Brock, Logan Brock, Sidney Brock, Rylan Brock and Abby Hart; one great-great-grandchild, Avery Easley and others who called him grandpa, Wesley Bolin, Whitney Tanner, Baylee Slone and Brylee Slone. He is also survived by one sister, Pauline Hickman of Cassville, Missouri and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, April 14, 2015, at Cassville United Methodist Church, under direction of Fohn Funeral Home, Cassville. Burial with military honors will be in Ennis Cemetery, Cassville. This family will receive friends from 6 until 8 p.m. Monday in Fohn Funeral Home, Cassville. Contributions may be made to Cassville United Methodist Church in memory of Tommy.
