Eula Tucker Traviss

Eula C. Tucker Traviss, 94, of Aurora, Ark., passed away at her home in Aurora on May 28, 2014. She was born Oct. 13, 1919, at Boston, Ark., the daughter of William Jasper and Ona Jane Smith Tucker, and had worked as a secretary in the movie industry for Paramount and Republic Studios. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Norman G. Traviss; three sisters; and three brothers. She had made her home with her nieces, Shirley and Mert, and her nephew, Tom, in Aurora. Survivors include numerous nieces, nephews, great and great-great-nieces and nephews. Services will be 10 a.m. Saturday, May 31, 2014, in the chapel of Brashears Funeral Home, with nephew, Larry Joe Johnson, officiating. Interment will be in the Boston Cemetery, under the direction of Brashears Funeral Home, www.brashearsfuneralhome.net. Pallbearers will be nephews.
