Russell Glenn Tolbert

Russell Tolbert, Rogers, died Wednesday, May 7, 2014. He retired from First Brands in Rogers after 27 years. He was an Army veteran and Baptist. A memorial service will be held 6 p.m. Monday, May 12, at New Prospect Baptist in Garfield. Arrangements are by Sisco Funeral Home, Pea Ridge.
