Patricia A. Frank

Patricia A. Frank, 81, of Springdale, Ark., passed away Thursday, April 24, 2014, in Springdale. She was born Jan. 16, 1933, in Fort Smith, Ark., to Charles A. Mitchell and Ora Irene (Barham) Mitchell. As a resident of Shiloh Health and Rehab, Miss Pat won the AHCA 2013 State Queen Pageant held in Little Rock. She was an avid reader and music lover. After spending most of her adult life in California, she returned to Northwest Arkansas in 1997. She is survived by two daughters, Victoria Kelley and husband, Russ, of Fayetteville, Ark., Michele Kopel and husband, Ken, of Sacramento, Calif.; two grandsons, Patrick Kelley of Springdale, Ark., Philip Kelley of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil; one granddaughter, Sarah del Rosario of Woodland, Calif.; and five great-grandchildren.
