Jack Guill Oller

Jack Guill Oller, age 74, of Springdale died Feb. 24, 2014, at Washington Regional Medical Center. He was born Feb. 6, 1940, in Clarendon, Texas, the son of Jacob Floyd and Nellie Guill Oller. He had served in the United States Navy and was retired from Drake Field in Fayetteville, where he had worked as an air traffic controller. After retiring from Drake Field, he was a computer technician for the City of Springdale for 11 years. Mr. Oller enjoyed fishing, photography and wood-working. Mr. Oller is survived by his wife of 53 years, Barbara Wilson Oller of the home; two sons, Rod Oller and his wife, Teresa, of Highland Village, Texas, and Mark Oller of Springdale; one daughter, Angie Carr and her husband, James, of Springdale; seven grandchildren, Jacob Oller, Jared Oller, Randy Oller, Christine Hahn and her husband, Kyle, Brian Oller, Jason Oller, and Eric Carr and his wife, Autume; and one great-grandson, Jaxon Carr. Graveside services will be Thursday, Feb. 27, 2014, at 1 p.m. at Bluff Cemetery. Cremation was under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home.
