Norman 'Doug' Hill

Norman "Doug" Hill, 72, of Fayetteville died Feb. 10, 2014. He was born Dec. 6, 1941, in Wheeler, Ark., to Hugh Hill and Kathleen Cook Hill. He was preceded in death by his parents and three brothers, Donnie Hill, Hollis Hill and Ernest Hill. Survivors include his children, Dwayne Hill and Shelly McGehee of Fayetteville and Franklin Hill of Winslow; four sisters, Yvonne Brown of McAlester, Okla., Sue Doss of Prairie Grove, Gail Boyd and Beverly Hill, both of Springdale; two brothers, Rawliegh Hill of Fayetteville and Hansel Hill of Lincoln; two grandchildren, Keshon Salley and Elijah McGehee, both of Fayetteville; and several other family members and friends. A graveside service will be held 10 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 15, 2014, with Pastor Paul Eaton officiating. Burial will be at Mount Comfort Cemetery under the direction of Beard's Funeral Chapel.
