Wanda Lee Bender

Wanda Lee Bender, 75, of Rogers passed away Aug. 21, 2014, in Rogers. She was born June 15, 1939, in Marshall, Ark., the daughter of Earl and Carmen Horton Brown. She was a cosmetologist. Wanda is preceded in death by her parents; and one daughter, Teri Bender. Survived by her husband, William Bender of the home; daughters, Tami Allred (Shawn) of Rogers and Toni Foerster (David) of Bentonville; her sister, Earlene Taylor of Springdale; grandchildren, Chase Habermehl, Amber Chestnut, Autumn McGee and Samuel Floyd; and several great-grandchildren. Memorial services 6 p.m. Monday, Aug. 25, 2014, at Benton County Funeral Home, 306 N. 4th St., Rogers. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Circle of Life Hospice.
