Harry Theodore Toll

Harry Theodore Toll, 87 years old, passed away March 30, 2014. He served in the Navy during WWII. Born in Decatur, Ill., Dec. 14, 1926. He is survived by his wife of 67 years, Barbara Toll; and daughters, Valerie Carleton, and Tracy Flowers and husband, Jim Flowers; one grandson, Duane Ellis. No services.
