Stephen Ray Shea

Basinger "Stephen" Ray Shea, 58, of Sacramento, Calif., passed away on Aug. 19, 2013, in El Dorado Hills, Calif. Steve was born in Los Angeles, Calif., on July 31, 1955. Successful owner of Frame to Final Construction, consummate Rock and Roller, Baseball and Football Fan and an avid Fisherman. Good friend to many and missed by all that knew him. Steve is survived by his wife, Marlaina Shea; and daughter, Amanda Shea of Sacramento, Calif.; mother, Mary Lou (Williams) Shea, of Fayetteville, Ark.; father and stepmother, Donald and Gloria Shea of Lincoln, Calif.; sister, Teresa Shea of Fayetteville, Ark.; and his nephew, Logan Smith; nieces, Kelsey Smith, Mariah Riffel and her husband, Brent; and his aunts, uncles and cousins. A memorial service is planned for Monday, Sept. 23 at 10:30 a.m. at the First Assembly of God Church, 3141 Rogers St., Lincoln, Ark. In lieu of flowers, please donate to the upkeep of the Academy Cemetery, Evansville, Ark.
