David George Baxter

David George Baxter, 53, of Lowell went home to Heaven on Nov. 18, 2013. He is survived by his wife, Catherine (Cathy) Baxter; as well as his son, Christopher Baxter; and daughter, Kelly Baxter. He also has relatives in upstate New York and Washington State. David served in the United States Army as an Army ranger. He worked at the Veterans Healthcare System of the Ozarks in Fayetteville. David enjoyed the outdoors, and was an avid hunter and fisherman.
