Gerie C. Volpa

Gerie C. Volpa, 80, of Fayetteville formerly of Kailua–Kona, Hawaii, died Friday, Jan. 4, 2013, at Washington Regional Medical Center. She was born Feb. 3, 1932, in Orville, Calif., to Charles and Ermine Kroesing. She was preceded in death by her parents, two sons, Vince Volpa, and Lance Volpa. Survivors include her daughter, Andrea Birke and husband, Bruce of Fayetteville; six grandchildren; and many other family members and friends.
