Thomas W. Edwards

Thomas W. Edwards, 85, of Fayetteville, Ark., passed away Friday, Feb. 15, 2013, in Fayetteville. He was born May 26, 1927, in Vicksburg, Mich., to Clarance Avery Edwards and Idabell (Upson) Edwards. He was a retired truck driver and U.S. Coast Guard veteran of World War II. He was a life member of DAV, VFW and American Legion. He is survived by his wife of 66 years, Barbara Edwards; three daughters, Cherie Lynn Cook and Thomajean Lancaster of Fayetteville, Ark., Sharon Lee Warren of West Fork, Ark.; two sons, James C. Edwards of Tontitown, Ark., Bruce J. Edwards of Newport, Minn.; and numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren. Memorial services will be held at a later date.
