Beulah Mae King

Beulah Mae King, 100 years old, a resident of Lincoln, passed away Jan. 31, 2013, in Springdale. She was born April 16, 1912, in Garfield, Ark., the daughter of Roy William and Susie Ann Mathew Green. Beulah resided at home until going to the Fayetteville City Hospital in January 2007. She was a proud farmer's wife, who enjoyed listening to gospel music and spending time with her entire family. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Ed Roberts; and her second husband, Luther Ted King; four brothers, John Riley Green, William Claud Green, Sherman Kenneth Green and Forest Eugene Green; three sisters, Edna Hilton, Ollie Marie Walker, Edith Precilla Green. She is survived by one sister, Ruby Helen Hale of Atchison, Kan., and numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral service will be held Saturday, Feb. 2, 2013, 2 p.m. at Luginbuel Chapel. Burial will be in Scott Cemetery in Prairie Grove; there will be no graveside services held at the cemetery.
