Helen M. Williams

Helen M. Williams, age 91, of Springdale died Nov. 5, 2012, at Washington Regional Medical Center in Fayetteville. She was born Feb. 9, 1921, in Wesley, Ark., the daughter of Walter and Fannie Kinnon Harrison. She attended Mount Comfort Church of Christ, and enjoyed cooking and bowling. She was preceded by her husband, Gus Williams in 1996. Mrs. Williams is survived by one son and daughter-in-law, Gary and Nena Williams of Peoria, Ariz.; two grandchildren, Ryan Williams and Jamie Hilgart; two great-grandchildren, Reagan Hilgart and Riley Hilgart; and one niece, Frances Proffitt of Springdale. Graveside services will be 2 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 8, 2012, at Fairview Memorial Gardens Cemetery, with Nathan Jorgenson officiating under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home.
