Shirley Boatright

Shirley Boatright, age 70, of Fayetteville, died March 13, 2012, in Fayetteville. She was born July 11, 1941, in Okolana, N.C., to Willard Lee and Rose Zell Ragen Long. She was retired from CCC Steel in Compton, Calif. She was preceded in death by her husband, James Curtis Boatright; and a daughter, Sharon Sickler. She is survived by one daughter, Susan Rene Kelley and husband, James, of Winslow, Ark.; two sons, Donald Leroy Boatright of Ventura, Calif., and James Craig Boatright of West Fork, Ark.; a sister, Cordia Friess of Colton Point, Md.; eight grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren. Funeral service will be 1 p.m. Tuesday, March 20, at Moore's Chapel with burial in Boatright Cemetery near Hindsville, Ark., under the direction of Moore's Chapel.
