Leon Buck France

Leon "Buck" France Leon "Buck" Tuller France, 86, of Pea Ridge, died Saturday, June 30, at Mercy Medical Center in Rogers. He was born Jan. 10, 1926, at Fort Gibson, Okla., to Homer France and Marie Mann France. He was employed by L.E. Myers electrical construction company. He enjoyed quarter horse racing and raising cattle. He was a Baptist and is preceded in death by his wife of 60 years, Ruby Duane France; an infant son, Jerry Lee France; and two brothers, Charlie France and Bob France. Survivors are two sons, Harold (Butch) France and Connie of Eureka Springs, Gary France and Donna of Pea Ridge; one daughter, Barbara Carte and Billy of Prairie Grove; three sisters, Mary Ann Ingram and Patsy John both of Rogers, and Roberta Upshaw of Anderson, Mo.; nine grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren. Funeral is set for Monday, July 2, 10 a.m. at Sisco Funeral Home in Pea Ridge. Burial will be at Rogers City Cemetery. Visitation is set for 6-8 p.m. Sunday, July 1, at Sisco Funeral Home.
