Tommy Lee Goforth

Tommy Lee Goforth, age 86, of Springdale, died Jan. 13, 2012, at Windcrest Nursing Center in Springdale. He was born July 9, 1925, in Treece, Kan., the son of William and Emma Darnell Goforth. He had worked at the University of Arkansas as a computer engineer and had served in the United States Navy. Mr. Goforth is survived by his wife, June Goforth, of the home; one son, Gary Goforth of Las Vegas, Nev.; and one grandson, Gregory Goforth of Alaska. Some special stepchildren and grandchildren also mourn his passing. Memorial services will be held at a later date. Cremation was under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home.
