Danny R Little

Danny R. “Bear” Little, 57, of Hindsville, passed away Jan. 18, 2012, at his home. He was born July 6, 1954, at Waxahachie, Texas, to Lewis Little and Laurine Santos Little Hayes. He was a retired truck driver for Tyson Foods. He enjoyed fishing, cooking and especially his dogs, Gus and Harley Tucker. He was preceded in death by his parents; stepmother, Margaret Little; brother, Jess Latham; and nephew, Scooter Tatum. He is survived by three brothers, Guy Hayes and wife, Carrie, and Roy Hayes, both of Kingston, and Dwayne Little of Hooks, Texas; three sisters, Marcelle Tatum of Hindsville, Lynn Madewell and husband, Bobby, of Lowell, and Donna Little of Phoenix, Ariz.; and numerous nieces and nephews and friends. Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 21, 2012, at Sisco Funeral Chapel of Springdale, with Bill Keller officiating. Burial will follow at Oakland Cemetery. Pallbearers are Joe Tatum, Shane Latham, Brandon Madewell, Tony Madewell, Utah Hayes and Dillon Hayes. Honorary pallbearers are Mathew Tatum, Tripp Madewell and Hayden Davis, as well as all his nieces. Visitation will be today from 5 to 7 p.m. at the funeral home.
