Jacob Lee Canada

Jacob Lee Canada was born and passed away Jan. 12, 2012, at Northwest Medical Center. He was the son of Shelby M. Canada of Rogers and stepdad, Steven Jennings of Lowell. Survivors include his grandmother, Valerie Canada of Rogers; grandfather, Horace G. Canada of Bella Vista; great-grandparents, Harold and Laurel Arnoldus of Rogers; two uncles, Ajay Canada of Bella Vista and Erik Canada of Centerton; and numerous great-aunts and uncles. He was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all his family. There will be a graveside service today, Jan. 17, 2012, at 2 p.m. in Tucks Chapel Cemetery.
